Meeting in Agira

The second Project meeting has been organized in Agira, from  25th - 30th April 2009.

First day

Teachers and principals meet in the conference room of the hotel.

After the briefing students and teachers visit  the Natural Reserve "Vallone di Piano della Corte"

The students  guided by  an expert in the field, learn about typical plants and animals species in the  Reserve.

In the afternoon, the tour of the city of Agira.

Second Day

Teachers and students meet in the conference room of the school to carry out the activities on "The Unesco World Heritage Site".

In the picture below you can see the headmaster of the Italian school, Antonio Diblio, welcoming the European partners and introducing the activities. You can also see the Italian  coordinator, the Swedish principal and the Belgian teacher.

In the afternoon, the guided tour of the "Villa Romana del Casale" in Piazza Armerina.

Third Day

In the morning the Comenius partners meet the mayor of the city of Agira.

In the afternoon the students meet the teachers to show the result of the morning activities done in the previous days under the supervision of the Physical Education teacher Antonio Millauro and the Art teacher Antonella Benini..
